CastDiemonds is growing, and we’re excited to share that a completely redesigned shopping experience is coming soon to castdiemonds.com.

The current CastDiemonds website remains open, and you can continue shopping as usual while we complete the redesign. There is nothing you need to do right now.

The redesigned site is being built around what matters most to you: easier shopping, better shipping options, a smoother checkout, and more ways to discover and reserve the models you want.

What You Can Expect

The redesigned CastDiemonds experience will include:

• Flat-rate or free shipping on eligible orders
• A faster and easier checkout experience
• Improved search, sorting, and filtering by brand and scale
• More models, brands, preorders, and scale options
• Direct chat and customer-support options
• Better access to subscriber offers and special pricing
• A more organized account experience
• Improved tracking for future preorder reservations
• Eligible preorders that can be reserved now and paid for later, with no charge when the reservation is submitted

Existing Orders Unchanged

All existing orders remain confirmed and will continue to be processed as originally communicated. The redesign will not affect anything you have already purchased, and no action is required.

Existing Preorders

All existing preorder reservations are already registered and remain confirmed. You do not need to resubmit your preorder to keep your reservation, and we will contact you when your model arrives and is ready for purchase.

After the redesigned site launches, we will encourage existing preorder customers to submit their reservation through the new preorder system as well. This optional step will allow you to view and track your preorder through your CastDiemonds account.

Resubmitting through the new site will not create a second reservation or change your place. It will simply connect your existing preorder to the new tracking experience.

A Special Sale Is Coming

To celebrate this major upgrade, we will be launching a special CastDiemonds Site Sale featuring additional inventory, new preorders, more scales, and special deals for collectors.

Our goal is to make CastDiemonds easier to shop while creating more opportunities for collectors to save by combining models into one order and taking advantage of improved shipping options.

The name and website address remain the same. You can continue visiting and shopping at castdiemonds.com as usual.

We will notify everyone when the redesigned site is officially live and provide any account-access information you may need.
